Macaulay Ford were absolutely thrilled to be named as finalists in three categories of the 2023 Southern Green Hydrogen Southland Business Excellence Awards on Monday. We have made the finals in not one, but three categories of this year’s awards. With a record 137 entries over the 13 business award categories, it is also a huge achievement and is a testament to the hard work the whole team have put in to implement new processes and initiatives in these areas over the past couple of years.

The award categories we are finalists in are:

• Health & Safety -  This recognises leadership and worker engagement/participation that generates innovation and improvement. As well as the workplace environment including associated risks, human factors, and the outcome benefits which lead to reduction of harm in the workplace.
• Wellbeing - This recognises and acknowledges businesses and workplaces who have integrated wellbeing into their workplace culture.
• Employer of the Year - Recognising an organisation that has created a stimulating & supportive work environment with a real commitment to the welfare of its employees.

The winners will be announced at the 2023 Southern Green Hydrogen Southland Business Excellence Awards evening in September.
